In the 1940s, the Eameses designed several fabric patterns, three of which–the Dot Pattern, Circles, and Crosspatch designs–have been beautifully reproduced in this stationery box. Each of the patterns appears in two colorways.

Yellow Dot Pen Set

Roller ball and ball point pen set with the yellow dot pattern based on the Eameses fabric design. The fabric design was developed by not produced in connection with a textile competition at MOMA in 1947. In the year 2000, the Dot Pattern is produced for the first time by the Eames Office in conjunction with Maharam, the textile manufacturer. This pen is produced in conjunction with Acme Studios.
