SHIPPING DOMESTIC most orders are shipped via UPS ground or United States Postal Service (USPS) priority mail. Orders generally take 2-3 weeks to process and ship. Custom order items such as fabrics, lamps, clocks and furniture may take longer. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and the U.S. territories must ship USPS Priority Mail and require extra time.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL most international purchases ship via U.S. Postal Service or U.S. Postal Service Global Express. Please contact us regarding cost or for faster delivery. We cannot ship furniture overseas.
FURNITURE DELIVERY comes directly from the manufacturers and takes approximately 4 – 12 weeks for delivery. Please call for more accurate lead times and cost. Delivery is within the 48 contiguous states only.
Curbside Delivery is $75.00
In-Home Delivery is on quotation basis.
We cannot ship furniture to international destinations.
La Chaise and Emeco shipping must be quoted.
RUSH SHIPPING is possible for most U.S. destinations, if we receive your order by 12pm (PST) Wednesday – Friday. Orders placed after 12pm Friday – monday will be processed on Tuesday. Please call (310) 396.5991 to confirm receipt of your order. Thank you!
SALES TAX is required at 8.25% for all purchases in California.
RETURN POLICY most items are returnable within 30 days with receipt. We are happy to exchange any item that has a manufacturing defect, and refund you on any item that does not meet your satisfaction. Please note that custom orders (furniture, fabric, lamps) are not refundable. Most furniture items come with a one year warranty.
